In Monasteries, we have bread savoir faire (know-how) and quality does not yield to mass production. Bread crafting is done in the tradition of "la boulangerie française" (French baking), of which St Roger Abbey is very proud. This bread was carefully prepared, using half organic whole wheat flour and half organic white wheat flour. A delight for all connoisseurs of French bread! This is real country bread that is proper for the entire family, for a healthy and balanced food diet. ‘Good and beautiful’ clearly defines Country Bread!
