Q. Where does St Roger Abbey ship its items?
A. We can ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Note that there may be some restrictions on certain products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the distance from us to you.
If you place on order on Friday, typically, your order will ship the following Monday. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, and size is also taken into account.
Q. If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?

Q. If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will St Roger Abbey reship the item?
A. Because our products are perishable food items and cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order. Returns are not accepted.
